This is our go-to spot in Oxnard! We love it! The food and service never disappoints. Biscuits n gravy are so good, BUT get the gravy with the breakfast tacos. Amazing! Hubby loves the hangover and corned beef hash. My kids obsess over the chicken n waffles! We drive almost 2 hours to come eat here and chill at the beach afterwards. Totally worth it!!!
We ate at the Hollywood Beach Cafe close to closing, but this restaurant didn’t disappoint. It is a great place for brunch, breakfast and lunch. Their food is very delicious and the service is great. The food is high quality and reasonable priced. Hollywood Beach cafe is a great place for a family meal and has that small town cafe atmosphere.
My family and I are from San Jose California we were down for one of my cousins retirement from the Navy so checking out all the local areas was pretty nice. I love the food. The atmosphere is very cool people and staff are very friendly. It was our first time so we got treated like regulars we sat for a moment until they told us the QR code it has the menu we felt foolish but we laughed about it. Had a great time and then a quick easy walk to the beach.
The homemade biscuits and gravy are perfect. The Eggs Benedict is definatly the best in oxnard; from the holandaise to perfectly poached eggs, simply amazing taste and freshness. Great bacon, great French toast. Even the coffee is fantastic. All that and the amazing servers and staff make this my favorite breakfast in a hundred miles. Highly recommend!

We love this place! They have a cute little patio that is dog friendly and enclosed. Adorable professional photos of dogs all over the wall. The restaurant is located right across from the beach. On our most recent visit we ordered the grilled cheese with the tomato soup. The grilled cheese has a slice of cheddar cheese grilled onto the outside of the bread. Game changer! And the soup was so good! Last time I got the chicken tortilla soup and it was amazing as well. Haven't had a bad meal there yet. Servers are always super friendly.
We loved this place. It was a cute hole in the wall. They have patio seating for dogs. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
It was my first time visiting this place and I was immediately impressed by the friendly staff and delicious food—I already can’t wait to come back! The portions were filling, the dishes were freshly made without a long wait, and the servers were all so kind and lovely. The cozy atmosphere and warm décor made the food taste even better. Great breakfast spot! Our whale watching trip got canceled unfortunately but still came out for breakfast. Food was outstanding but service was even better ! Will be back again to try more items on the menu
Hollywood Beach Cafe is such a great little spot, especially being so close to the beach. It has that perfect laid-back, local vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your time. The staff was friendly and everything felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. I had the French toast and it was honestly amazing, perfectly cooked, soft on the inside with a nice crisp on the outside, and full of flavor. You can tell they put care into their food. Definitely a great place to grab breakfast if you’re in the area. I’ll be coming back for sure!
